DIGFILL IS A CALCULATION AID ONLY. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL SITE SURVEYS OR STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING. RESULTS ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON USER-PROVIDED DATA. THE DEVELOPER ACCEPTS ZERO LIABILITY FOR FINANCIAL LOSS, SITE DELAYS, OR STRUCTURAL FAILURES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THESE TOOLS.
1. Alpha Testing Phase
You are participating in a Live Alpha Test. The software is provided "As Is" and "As Available." You may encounter bugs, service interruptions, or mathematical discrepancies. Use of the software during this phase constitutes acceptance of these risks.
2. Future Monetization
Access to DigFill is currently subsidized during the testing phase. You acknowledge that upon completion of the Alpha/Beta period, DigFill will transition to a Paid Subscription Service. Continued access to your Site Logs and calculation tools will require an active paid plan.
3. User Responsibility & Accuracy
The accuracy of any calculation is dependent on the measurements provided by the user. You are responsible for verifying:
- The correct bulk/compaction factors for your specific site soil.
- The outside diameter (OD) of pipes versus nominal diameter.
- Supplier-specific bulk bag weights (which may vary by ±10%).
4. Intellectual Property
The calculation algorithms, UI design, and "Site Log" workflow are the property of DigFill. Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized redistribution of our calculation logic is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigFill and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or cost of cover (e.g., ordering extra material or site downtime).
