DigFill utilizes third-party infrastructure to provide secure authentication and analytics. By using the service, you acknowledge the following data processing:
- Authentication: We use Google Firebase Auth to manage your identity. Your email and password are encrypted and stored by Google. Firebase Privacy Terms.
- Site Logs: Calculations you save are stored in Google Firestore. This includes dimensions, material types, and timestamps.
- Performance & Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to monitor site speed and usage patterns. This data is generally anonymized. Vercel Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly to provide the DigFill utility. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or site logs to marketing agencies. We use your data to:
- Maintain your "Site Log" history across devices.
- Verify your active "Squad" subscription status.
- Improve the accuracy of our calculation engines through anonymized usage trends.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
DigFill uses essential cookies for session management and Local Storage for our "5-Day Offline Access" feature. These are technically necessary for the app to function and cannot be opted out of if you wish to use the service.
4. Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated site logs at any time. To request a full data wipe, please contact our support team at support@digfill.co.uk.
